Oscraps Christmas wreath Challenge

A party at a digiscrap store means CHALLENGES! Oscraps is no exception here and they have some awesome extra challenge. It is a Christmas party so the challenges are. One of them is the wreath challenge. You can find it here. I thought it would be hard but it was not too bad.

I have lately neglected my blog. I was too excited and surprised because I became member of the Oscraps store CT!! I became too busy to blog!

I made lot lay outs because i had ordered a photo book. That worked out very nicely.

I am not feeling well for quite a time. The only where I really succeeded in was scrapping. So here some pages of valc challenges and releases
 one I made for the Be Inspired challenge June

Mid july was the release of Art Book Artsy papers a set of awesome Art journaling papers. You get them here and The Inked alpha which you can get here. I made the word parrot with it.

I also used stuff from Maya the Groot, Jopkedesigns/ berna Datema and Crafty Button designs

GSO op Digiscrap.nl

I was really surprised when i discovered that my page fun had a GSO at digiscrap.nl and even cooler to make it, I got it from one of my favorite designers!

Designer Challenges on Oscraps en Midmaand Digiscrap

Maya de Groot was this time the featured designer of the Designer Spotlight challenge. She came with a awesome challenge, an altered portrait. I made 2 lay outs with the same base made of vtracing the pen. Maya likes steam punk so she challenges us to use that style too. From steampunk to Art Nouveau is not so far. I loved the Alphonse Mucha posters, so my first lay out was inspired on that. Unfortunately Aqlphose had tons more of talent and experience than me, but i liked the hair.

I also love the work of Roy liechtensteijn. so I made some improvements in the vector work, played with some halftone filters/ techniques (i chose the bitmap modes and set that on soft  light). I chose the jugendstile colors. I liked them better than the pop art colors'(for this project) .

For the monthly Val cBe Inspired challenge i made this. The challenge was to scrap a great holiday memory. I used her See the world kit

For the monthly Midmaand(Mid month), we were challenged by Anja to use masked/ stencils for the words

First September Ochallenges

I still having trouble getting this blog up to date. With stress (my mother is moving and things with my brothers aren't going smoothing to say the least) and fatigue (I tried to get better with Seroxat, something that didn't went well) is it haRD TO SCRAP AND TO BLOG.
I am glad that i still managed to scrap something nice and already participated in 3 monthly O challenges

Finally i Had a change to work with the goodies from jopkes Design. Especially her awesome fancy art roses

 I was very pleased with the result. I was not the only one because i got a mention in the O my stars entry of the Oscraps blog!

Special summer event on the o

In the beginning of august Oscraps had a special Ovent. That meant games, special offers and..awesome challenges. I actually won some lovely prizes (coupons from maja de Groot and jopke)

I presented one of the 3 in my previous post so here the last ones..

The lemonade challenge was a funny name for a make over challenge. This was one of my first entries in an Oscrap challenges. I run out of freebies and i hadn't bought very much stuff. I wasn't entirely happy with the result.

A year later my HD explodes from the Oscrap goodies...and my ct for val also helps..So i choose a dark paper wich colored great with Effens dark brown fur and changed some elements.

The BBQ challenge was a recipe challenge. I made this lay out

Sue Cummings gave this freebie away and i wanted to make it fit with the previous one

The Oscraps augustus challenges

After the awesome time as Anna guest I felt a bit overwhelmed. I tried to make 4 challenges but i didn't have enough time. TracyMartin, another great O designer had her spotlight design challenges which i wanted to participate because i wanted to create some thing with her Serenpidity kit. This i made for the challenge (a recipe one) an overview of the great day on the Meuse with "Anders Bekeken"

I love the fact that Animal Crackers contained a beaver, the symbol of the Biesbos a famous Dutch Natonal Park. Unfortunately my battery was empty when i actually was in the Biesbos but fortunately i saw much interesting brigdes, cranes and buildings on the bank of the Meuse

I wanted to make a spread for my 2013 photo book. I used the template Timourette made..(for the copy cat challenge) She is one of the pontiffs of clean scrapping(some of the genes I didn't heritage from my French great grand mother?) 

The next one was part of a special event at O scraps, summer fest. The challenge was to make a scrap from AL fresco dining aka eating outside..I only have some pictures from a Sterhuis BBQ. I used my O scraps collab coupon to buy the awesome Tango kit and made this one. BTW I looove sunflowers

The august typography challenge was to make some textblocks. i wanted for the book which isn't ordered because there is no interesting offer from Hema. Abelli or Appi H
